In order to continuously improve the network security awareness of all teachers and build a network security defense line, on the afternoon of September 11th, the Party branch of the teaching staff of the Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a learning activity on the theme of National Network Security Awareness Week. The activity was hosted by Yang Zhixian, secretary of the branch, and all the teachers of the Department of Mechanical Engineering participated in it.
At the meeting, Yang Zhixian introduced the main features of network security, including virus software, phishing websites, phishing emails, personal information management, free WIFI traps and cleaning up WeChat zombie powder scams, and led all the teachers of the branch to study the Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China. Subsequently, Yang Zhixian combined with real cases, around how to safely use WIFI, how to safely use smart phones and payment, how to prevent telephone harassment and fraud and other life scenarios, with the teachers to discuss how to further enhance their network security protection capabilities of this important theme.
With the development of information technology and the arrival of the “5G” era, the network is closely related to people's lives, but while the network brings convenience, there are also many traps and hidden dangers. This learning activity has further strengthened the network security awareness of all teachers, and built a strong network security defense line in their daily life, teaching and scientific research activities in the future.
